Policies

  • Adult atmosphere. Please,  children 12 years and older 
  • Transportation provided to and  from the boat landing at 12:30 pm  Arrangements can be made for other arrivals and departures
  • 45 days notice required for refund. No refunds on holidays unless re-booked. Full refund if unit is re-booked less $50 cancellation fee
  • Payment in full required at time of reservation
  • No smoking in cabins and no pets
  • Sales tax added to the above rate (10%)
